  1. My morning ritual is with vanilla whey protein, banana and a handful of frozen fruit that includes strawberries, mango, pineapple and papaya. I also add in a powdered multivitamin (theoretically it absorbs better than the pill form) and ground flax. I usually use skim milk instead of water, although currently I have some apple juice from my parent’s orchard that really adds a great taste.

    Jim- another great recipe! Adding mixed fruit is good although I haven’t tried the apple juice, I will have to add that one to the list!
