What I will talk about is the mental side which can certainly be devastating. It seems as though injuries happen when you are performing at your peak. I know I have had a ton of injuries over the past 29 years and I am sure I will encounter more. In this short video I discuss a few things you can do to help overcome the mental aspect of injury.
