In this video I will show you how you can get faster kicks in 7 days. I lay out a specific plan, day by day, that will increase your speed and improve your fighting. Make sure that your doing the kick correctly or all of the speed in the world won’t do you any good. Bad technique usually leads to injury and speeding up the kick will only hurt you. Make sure your warmed up well before each speed session to maximize the benefits and minimize injury.

Would this 7 day plan work on turning kicks, like turning back kick?

Debbie- Yes this plan will work with a turning kick as well. I would suggest that you throw the kick quickly but take your time in-between kicks since you will get dizzy. You want to be fast with your foot from the floor to the end point. Hope that helps, good luck!
