Strength training is an important aspect of any martial arts training program. In this video I will show a simple drill that will work your cardio as well as your biceps and shoulders. Make sure and listen to your body and don’t do too much. Start off slow and enjoy the workout! Make sure your warmed up well before each session to maximize the benefits and minimize injury.
