Another great video! Thank you Master Scott for taking the time to answer our questions. Over the last three years of martial arts training, I’ve noticed a definite improvement in the height of my kicking ability. With your new insights, I’m further motivated to create a morning stretching routine to incorporate with the Yoga that my wife is teaching me. I can definitely see adding in 10 minutes of leg stretches after a warm up of 10 or 15 sun salutations.
