Do you want to step your sparring game? Try adding this double up roundhouse kick to your arsenal! This kick can be used to cover distance and cause confusion by striking both sides of the body. The best way to set this up is to throw a few step in roundhouse kicks to the body with the front leg. As your opponent drops their hands this allows you to strike the side of the face with the second kick. Sound confusing, watch the video!

love this kick…practiced it all day and will keep it and practice it everyday till i master it…thankyou.
i believe i was taught it in class however not enough time spent perfecting it and although i am at the dojo all the time there are other things i have been working on with my sifu….good to have for home workouts.:) aloha.

Hey, this is a really nice site you have here and I just wanted to drop a friendly message. It has a lot of potential, actually my son ad I run a couple blogs ourselves like this.
