5 Minute Fitness Series

Our goal is to get you up and moving for just 5 Minutes. I guarantee if you stand up and follow me on this video you will feel better! In this short time period you will get the blood pumping, adrenaline flowing, and endorphins working. What have you got to lose, if you don’t feel better, then don’t watch the 5 Minute Video Series in the future. But I think you will : )

    Nice little warm up! Antone should be able to do this even if they are healing up an injury and taking it easier. Next time I am asked to warm up the class I wil try it out.
